On the evening of 2nd April, I noticed the lights weren't on at Haddon station. I soon discovered why............... 
The vandalism started at Haddon - no buildings, no lights and the platforms ripped up. 
The turnout had gone and all the rail was ripped out......... 
............. all the way around the curve.................
,,,,,, all the way round to Alport Junction.
.
"Go on then - relay THIS lot!"
The last section of track that's been ripped up was the loco shed road.
This is all that's left out of three of the four street lights in Over Haddon.
Finally, the main line reopened in July............
